Refunds and Rebates
ISEI (Pvt) Ltd. is happy to consider all claims for refunds provided
it is received within 7 days of purchase. Customer support must receive all requests for refunds, replacements, and adjustments
by mail within 7 days after purchase. Email requests are not acceptable. For refunds, username and password details must be
emailed to Customer Support within 7 days of purchase.
However ISEI (Pvt) Ltd. reserve the right to refuse claims for refunds
if it is deemed unacceptable in accordance to our Refund and Rebates policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Indemnity
