Career Guidance and Development
Introduction:
ISEI Private Limited has offices in Birmingham and Lahore. It aims to help individuals throughout Pakistan build their capability
for the challenges of global economic shift with special focus on career development and education consultancy including UK
immigration and student exchange program.
In 2005 ISEI helped 300 people develop the skills needed to operate internationally, with 98 per cent either “satisfied”
or “extremely satisfied” with the quality of training.
For 2006 ISEI has partnered with Dudley College UK, the lead college to support entry to Higher Education in UK. This will
extend the reach of the ISEI course program and provide further added value to delegates.

Stage Two
o Image, presentation skills and interview techniques.
o Implementation of active marketing campaign including field research, targeted approaches, networking, agency links and
effective tracking and use of advertised opportunities.

o Access to comprehensive support for UK immigration for education purposes
o Full and validated information provision for registered clients towards “Visit UK Program”
o Access to Highly Skilled Migrant Program
o Access to personal coach throughout the programme period and for at least 12 months following successful placement
Programme Support Services
We develop and support our clients’ capabilities to reach their objectives through active coaching and marketing, and
this support continues until desired outcomes are achieved. We maintain an effective balance in our coaching team between
the skills associated with personal development, coaching and detailed knowledge of the recruitment market. Working with your
own experienced coach, this approach ensures that you receive the best mix of advice and practical support in order to achieve
outcomes which represent ‘best fit’ for you
We have a world-class research system, which receives information feeds from more than thirty sources including IOD, DTI,
BCI, BCCI and Executive appointments, there is no better system in the industry. Our clients also have access to a large range
of databases, to help them with research and other activities. Each month they will receive an overview of key industry events
(around 1000 per month) which pre-empt the creation of new positions and provides excellent access to ‘hidden’
opportunities.
Marketing Process
Once we are ready to enter the market, several activities commence aimed at securing the right opportunity or range of opportunities
within a short a time as possible. As we discussed, you and your coach will work closely together, and both have responsibilities
within the campaign.
• Coach to begin selected approaches to appropriate recruiters and head-hunters both in UK and Pakistan.
• Coach to liaise with rest of team to identify key contacts within industry and recruitment sector and arrange for
appropriate contact.
• Client/coach to identify initial target organisations based on criteria set-out in marketing plan. Reports will include;
full sector overviews including macro market factors, all organisations meeting criteria – with relevant information
and detailed company reports with full financials, press reports etc.
• Begin issue of weekly market intelligence reports for client to identify targets of interest for coach/client to plan
follow-up strategy.
Programme Registration Fees: Rs 10,000/-. one off registration and initial assessment resulting in a detailed workplan.
